60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date of your purchase to request a full refund. There are no long forms and no awkward questions — just write to us within the 60-day window.
How to Request a Refund
- Email help@customersupportsoul.com with the subject line "Refund request".
- Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it handy, your Digistore24 order number.
- We will confirm receipt within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) and process the refund. Funds typically arrive back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can also request a refund directly through Digistore24, our reseller, at digistore24.com/buyer/help.
Subscription Products (Inner Circle)
For recurring subscriptions such as the Inner Circle, the 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment. You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing help@customersupportsoul.com or via your Digistore24 buyer account. Cancellation stops further charges; periods already paid for outside the 60-day window are non-refundable.
After 60 Days
Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window cannot be honored. If you believe an exception applies to your case (for example, an accidental duplicate charge), please still write to us — we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
