Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how My Detox ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit soulcleanstart.site, purchase our digital wellness program, access the digital members' area, or receive any email from us — including transactional messages, newsletters, tips, and promotional offers.
By using our website, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our emails, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and our services and unsubscribe from our emails using the instructions in Section 3 below.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect the information necessary to deliver the product, support you, and operate our business legally:
- Order information: name, email address, country, and billing information you provide at checkout. Payment card data is processed and stored directly by Digistore24, our reseller and payment processor; we do not see, store, or have access to your full card numbers.
- Account information: the email and password you use to access the digital members' area.
- Email engagement data: whether you opened or clicked a message we sent (so we can stop emailing addresses that no longer want to hear from us, and to measure broad engagement).
- Support information: the contents of any email or message you send to our support team.
- Usage data: basic technical information (IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps) collected via standard server logs and analytics cookies. Used in aggregate to keep the website secure and improve the experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver the digital program, activate your members' area, and provide customer support.
- Send transactional emails — order confirmation, payment receipt, access link, password reset, refund updates, important account or security notices, and required legal notices.
- Send optional marketing emails — newsletters, wellness tips, related-product announcements, and promotional offers. You only receive these if you have opted in (at checkout, via a signup form on the site, or by explicitly subscribing). See Section 3 below for full details on how to stop receiving these at any time.
- Comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention, response to lawful requests from authorities).
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Email Communications and How to Unsubscribe
We take your email preferences seriously and follow applicable email-marketing laws including the US CAN-SPAM Act and the EU GDPR / ePrivacy Directive. Below is exactly what to expect and how to stop any email you no longer want.
3.1 The two types of emails we send
- Transactional emails — directly related to your order or account. Examples: order confirmation, your access link, password reset, refund confirmation, billing notices for recurring subscriptions, and important security or service notices. These are required to deliver the product you purchased. You may still receive these even after unsubscribing from marketing emails. If you no longer want to receive them, you must request full account closure (see Section 8 — Your Rights).
- Marketing emails (newsletter, tips, promotions) — only sent if you opted in. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop sending them quickly. Typical frequency is roughly 1–4 messages per week; we never share or sell your address.
3.2 How to unsubscribe from marketing emails
You have three easy ways to stop receiving marketing emails from us. Any of the three works on its own — you do not need to do all of them:
- Click the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. Every marketing email we send contains a clearly visible "Unsubscribe" link in the footer. Clicking it removes your address from our marketing list immediately and automatically. No login, no form to fill, no questions asked.
- Email us. Write to help@customersupportsoul.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe" (the body can be empty). We will remove your address from all of our marketing lists within 48 hours, and in any case no later than the 10-day maximum allowed by the CAN-SPAM Act.
- Reply to any of our emails with the word unsubscribe. Our support team will process your request manually within 48 hours.
Unsubscribing is free of charge and we will never require payment, account creation, or disclosure of any additional personal information to honor it. Once you have unsubscribed, your address is suppressed in our system so it cannot be re-added by accident.
3.3 What you will keep receiving after you unsubscribe
Even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you essential transactional emails — for example, your access link, refund confirmation, billing receipts for any active subscription (such as the Inner Circle), and important security or legal notices — because these are required to deliver the product you bought. If you do not want any further contact at all, see Section 8 — Your Rights on closing your account.
3.4 Newsletter signup
If you only signed up for the newsletter (without buying), unsubscribing removes your address from our records entirely — we have no account to maintain, so once you opt out, we delete your address from active lists.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share personal data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function:
- Digistore24 — payment processing, invoicing, billing for recurring subscriptions, and refund handling.
- Email service provider — sending transactional and marketing emails and processing unsubscribe requests.
- Hosting and analytics providers — delivering the website and members' area, basic traffic analytics.
- Customer support tools — handling your support tickets.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information when required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of My Detox, our customers, or others.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site, checkout, and members' area to function (e.g. session, security).
- Analytics cookies — anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics so we can improve the site.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (login, checkout) may stop working correctly. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and limiting access to personal data to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
7. Data Retention
We keep your order and account data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (typically up to 7 years for invoicing records, as required by law in many jurisdictions). After that period, data is deleted or anonymized. Unsubscribed email addresses are kept on a suppression list only to ensure we do not accidentally email you again.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA, Brazil under LGPD), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to our legal obligation to keep certain billing records.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing, including direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing done before withdrawal).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights — including fully closing your account and stopping all communications — email help@customersupportsoul.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity (for example, by confirming the email used at purchase) before acting on the request.
9. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (including Digistore24 and email service providers) may process your data outside your country of residence. When this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by law, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
10. Children
My Detox is intended for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact help@customersupportsoul.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers and announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact Us
For any question about this Privacy Policy, your personal data, or to exercise any of the rights described above, email us at help@customersupportsoul.com — or visit our Contact page.
This Privacy Policy works alongside our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. If anything seems to conflict, the policy that gives you the stronger protection prevails.
