These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "customer") and My Detox ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of:
- our website at soulcleanstart.site;
- the digital members' area;
- the My Detox main program;
- the Inner Circle private Telegram community (recurring subscription);
- any related upsell, downsell, or bonus digital product purchased through our checkout;
- any email communications, updates, and customer support we provide;
(together, the "Service"). By purchasing, accessing, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of the Product
My Detox is a digital, audio-guided wellness program, delivered entirely online through a digital members' area you access in your browser using a personal login link. Nothing is shipped, and there are no downloadable files. The program is intended for educational, informational, and lifestyle purposes only.
3. Not Medical, Psychological, or Professional Advice
My Detox does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal, or any other professional advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns, including before starting any new wellness routine. Individual experiences with the program will vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome. You use the Service entirely at your own discretion and risk.
4. Payment, Pricing, and Reseller (Digistore24)
All payments are processed by Digistore24, our official reseller and merchant of record. On your bank or credit card statement, the charge will appear as "Digistore24". This is normal and expected.
- All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes calculated based on your billing address.
- The main My Detox program is a one-time payment giving you 24-month access to the digital members' area, unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page.
- The Inner Circle is a recurring monthly subscription, billed monthly to the payment method you provided, until you cancel. The exact price is shown on each Inner Circle tier sales page.
- Upsell, downsell, and bonus digital products are one-time payments at the price shown on their respective sales pages.
- By submitting your payment, you authorize Digistore24 to charge the indicated amount (and, for subscriptions, the recurring amount at each renewal) to your selected payment method.
5. Delivery and Access
On successful payment, you will receive (typically within minutes) an email from Digistore24 with your receipt and an email from My Detox with your personal access link to the digital members' area. If you have not received your access email within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us at help@customersupportsoul.com.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the members' area and use its content for your own personal, non-commercial use, for the access period stated on the relevant sales page. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, or publicly display any part of the program content.
6. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on every paid product (the main program, upsells, downsells, and the first payment of any recurring Inner Circle subscription). Full eligibility rules, how to request a refund, and timing details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In case of any apparent conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy regarding refunds, the Refund Policy controls.
7. Subscriptions and Cancellation (Inner Circle)
For recurring subscription products (Inner Circle):
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown on the sales page until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time with no penalty by (a) emailing help@customersupportsoul.com with the subject line "Cancel Inner Circle subscription", or (b) cancelling directly through your Digistore24 buyer account at digistore24.com/buyer/help.
- Cancellation stops all future billing. You will retain access to the Inner Circle until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Refunds for subscription payments outside the 60-day money-back guarantee window are governed by the Refund Policy.
8. Email Communications
When you purchase the Service, you will receive transactional emails necessary to deliver the product (receipt, access link, billing notices, refund confirmations, security notices). You may also opt in to receive newsletters and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time — see Section 3 of our Privacy Policy for clear, step-by-step unsubscribe instructions.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the audio, written, or video content of the members' area;
- share your login credentials or grant access to anyone else;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- upload or transmit any harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content through any contact channel, Inner Circle community, or support email;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access (without refund, beyond what the Refund Policy entitles you to) if you materially breach these Terms.
10. Inner Circle Community Rules
The Inner Circle is hosted on a private Telegram group. Members are expected to be respectful, supportive, and to refrain from spam, harassment, self-promotion, or sharing of any information that would breach a third party's privacy or intellectual property. We may remove members who violate these rules; severe breaches may also result in termination of your subscription without refund beyond the Refund Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service — including audio recordings, written materials, designs, brand names, logos, and trademarks — is owned by My Detox or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The license granted in Section 5 does not transfer any ownership to you.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (Digistore24 for payments, our email and hosting providers, Telegram for the Inner Circle). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific result.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Detox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Detox and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, internet or hosting provider failures, or pandemics.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your purchase as set out by Digistore24 in their reseller terms of use, accessible at digistore24.com/page/terms. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally by emailing help@customersupportsoul.com shall be subject to the dispute-resolution mechanism set out in those reseller terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the website and, for active subscribers, by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
